Welcome to Omeygha! We're excited to have you here. Please read our Terms of Service carefully.

1. General

You have full commercial rights to use the artwork. However, I reserve the right to display it in my portfolio and share it on social media for promotional purposes. If you prefer full confidentiality, please let me know in advance.

2. Payments

Full payment is required before the project begins. Alternatively, I offer a milestone payment option: 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch is approved.

3. Revisions

Revisions are only allowed during the sketch and color phases. No changes will be accepted after the final model is delivered. Additional changes after delivery will incur extra charges.

4. Deadlines & Delivery

The process takes around 30-60 days depending on the queue and complexity. Revisions or special requests may extend delivery time. Clients will receive regular updates.

5. Use & Attribution

The artwork can be used commercially. Proper credit is appreciated when the work is shared publicly, such as in videos or posts, to support my visibility.

6. Intellectual Property

You own the final artwork, but I retain the right to display it in my portfolio and social media for promotional purposes—unless you request full privacy beforehand.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Please ensure all requests are accurate before proceeding. Contact me if you have concerns before purchasing.
